We want you to be happy with your purchase from Velyra Roots.

14-Day Cancellation Right

If you are a UK customer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. After notifying us of your cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the item. 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and, where applicable, in its original sealed packaging.

For health and hygiene reasons, sealed personal-care items that have been opened or unsealed after delivery may not be eligible for return, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, incorrect or not as described, contact us as soon as possible at support.velyraroot@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos where appropriate.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Return Shipping

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you may be responsible for the return shipping cost.

If the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be sent to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

If you cancel your entire order, any standard delivery charge you paid will also be refunded where required by law.
